Job Purpose: The purpose of this role is to work across the functions and COE/TLs and CEO to gather, prioritize, manage, maintain, and collaborate with stakeholders and support organization in driving HR plan, intervention, and execution of all people practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition – Core Engineering Functions
- Attracting talent and executing our hiring process to ensuring 100% Staffing
- Talent Development
- Design, in collaboration with the Managers, a 3-month on-boarding and induction plan and 3-month probationary goal sheet for the new hires
- Conducting periodic meetings with different team leaders and/or their representatives to get an overview of the health of the team and the organization
- Upskilling: Identifying the need of team and working with team leads and Manager, Learning and Engagement to design programs that will benefit Staff members
- Developing a strategy and implementation plan towards a high-performance culture in collaboration with team leads
- Planning, Budgeting & Reviewing
- Monitoring & Reporting
- Policy mapping
- Hiring Plan /Costing /incentive plan and long-term people planning
Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
- Background in IT – shall add value.
- Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal
- Ability to remain objective and equanimous in difficult, challenging conversations and situations
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and influence outcomes
- Interest in designing systems and processes to improve overall team effectiveness
- Ability to manage change in a complex work environment
- Data orientation and impact analysis

- Max 3 years of work experience
