Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and purposeful Sales professional to market and sell our innovative IndustryOS™ platform and technology portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of industrial operations, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for the IndustryOS™ & technology portfolio.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the value of our offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring elevated levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth of Sparrow RMS.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Sales acumen and skillset for achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and digital transformation.
  • Be an adaptive learner and understand technical concepts easily.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Experience in Sales in the Industrial Sector would be an add-on.
