Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and purposeful Sales professional to market and sell our innovative IndustryOS™ platform and technology portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of industrial operations, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for the IndustryOS™ & technology portfolio.
- Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the value of our offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring elevated levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth of Sparrow RMS.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology sector.
- Sales acumen and skillset for achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and digital transformation.
- Be an adaptive learner and understand technical concepts easily.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Experience in Sales in the Industrial Sector would be an add-on.
