Job Summary:
Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive growth and expand our client base. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives for services.
- Eligible to work on complete sales cycle. – Includes generating cold calls to get payments from the client.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to drive business growth.
- Present tailored solutions to clients, aligning with their risk management and sustainability needs.
- Organize and participate in client meetings, conferences, and industry events to promote Sparrow RMS’s solutions and services.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Work closely with internal teams (Software, engineering, and sustainability) to ensure seamless client experience.
- Collaborate with leadership to set quarterly and annual revenue goals and marketing objectives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in risk management, engineering services, or a related B2B industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
