Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our IndustryOS digital manufacturing solution and IIOT/Industry 4.0 software products. This role requires a deep understanding of digital manufacturing, IIOT, and Industry 4.0 technologies, as well as a proven track record in sales and marketing within the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote IndustryOS and IIOT/Industry 4.0 solutions.
- Identify and target potential clients in the manufacturing sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of IndustryOS.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand and address client needs and requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Engineering, and may have a masters in Business Development / Sales.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the manufacturing or technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of digital manufacturing, IIOT, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
