{"id":19429,"date":"2026-04-17T17:09:28","date_gmt":"2026-04-17T11:39:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sparrowrms.in\/sparrow-rms\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=19429"},"modified":"2026-04-17T17:16:32","modified_gmt":"2026-04-17T11:46:32","slug":"hr-manager","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/sparrowrms.in\/sparrow-rms\/career\/hr-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"HR Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Title<\/strong> : HR Manager<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Gurgaon, Haryana (On-site)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong>\u00a0 3 to 6 Years<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><i><strong>Talent Acquisition &amp; Onboarding<\/strong><\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the end-to-end recruitment process for all departments (including technical and non-technical roles) \u2013 from creating JDs and sourcing to closing candidates.<\/li>\n<li>Build a Fast-Growing Team: Implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.<\/li>\n<li>Onboarding: Create a seamless and welcoming onboarding experience for all new hires to set them up for success.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i><strong>HR Operations<\/strong><\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Payroll &amp; Compensation: Manage the complete monthly payroll process, including salary sheet preparation, adjustments, and ensuring timely, accurate disbursal.<\/li>\n<li>Attendance &amp; Leave Management: Monitor and manage employee attendance, leaves, and the HRMS\/attendance portal.<\/li>\n<li>Statutory Compliance: Ensure all HR operations are compliant with Indian labour laws, including PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Documentation: Maintain all employee records, contracts, and documentation meticulously.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i><strong>Culture &amp; Policy<\/strong><\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Policy Formation: Assist in researching, drafting, and implementing HR policies and an employee handbook that aligns with our startup culture and values.<\/li>\n<li>Culture Champion: Act as a key point of contact for employees, listen to feedback, and be a champion for a positive, high-performance work environment.<\/li>\n<li>Employee Engagement: Plan and execute small, high-impact engagement activities to foster team bonding and morale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Who You Are<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in an HR Generalist role.<\/li>\n<li>A bachelor\u2019s degree in any field. We welcome both B.Tech or Non-B.Tech backgrounds.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint as well as other MS Office Suite.<\/li>\n<li>Adapt to fast-pacing situations and manage multiple priorities<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in talent acquisition and are passionate about building great teams.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with payroll processing and attendance management.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with employees and leadership.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why Join Sparrow?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High-Impact Role: This is not a small cog-in-a-wheel job.
