Job Title: Associate – CEO’s Office
Location: Gurugram | Full-time | On-site

What You’ll Work On
CEO Office & Leadership Support
- Work closely with the CEO’s Office on daily priorities and follow-ups
- Track action items from meetings and help drive closure
Business & Problem-Solving Exposure
- Help create presentations, reports, and spreadsheets used by leadership
- Help manage internal and external stakeholders including investors, GTM, board meetings, etc.
- Conduct quick research on markets, competitors, or new ideas
- Support tracking of key business metrics and dashboards
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with teams across Consulting, Technology, Sales, Marketing, and Finance
- Follow up on timelines and deliverables — be the glue that keeps things moving
- Support execution of important company initiatives
Special Projects
- Work on high-priority projects directly assigned by the CEO’s Office
- Understand or develop a keen interest in technology and implement automation and AI into workflows
- Take ownership of small pieces of work and deliver independently
- Learn by doing — fast
Who Should Apply
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience
- Tier 1 Engineering College (MBA is optional)
- Fresh graduates strongly encouraged to apply
- Internships, live projects, startup experience, or campus leadership = big plus
Skills That Matter
- Basic understanding of Engineering, Product, and Marketing
- Exposure to AI and automation tools (Power Automate, Python, Power Query)
- Comfort with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Clear communication (written and spoken)
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
